When I meet with individuals it is a conversation focused on spiritual growth. I do not diagnose, pathologize or offer any of the well-accepted psychological explanations for your struggles. Your challenges are the way your energetic system is signaling what is ready to grow and shift, which elements need more attention and what behaviors, habits and mental attitudes may be most helpful right now.  Mantras, focused meditation, daily patterns, heartfelt devotional expressions and proper attitudes (yamas/niyamas) will generally resolve the obstacles in the way of growing to the next available consciousness, which naturally resolves the issues of the previous consciousness. All possible human experience falls within the chakra cosmology and can be addressed via Yoga, Tantra, Vedantic practices. As Einstein said, "you can not solve a problem from the same consciousness that created it."

I work one-on-one with people who would like to deepen their understanding of their chakra functioning, astrological chart and/or develop their spiritual practices and meditation skills. Consultations are an opportunity to begin to understand the functioning of your own energetic system.

Working with sound, breath and daily habits, we begin to clear the clutter of energetic blockages, the saboteurs, and strengthen the healthy openings, the champion patterns.

​Raising consciousness is a slow, deliberate, movement towards unity, the resolution of duality. This requires that we first take on the monumental task of thinning the ego. The ability to see the divine presence/ intelligence in all, and each lesson as an opportunity, shifts the way we interact with the external world and “others”.

This shift in consciousness alone is the aim, as it resolves and dissolves the lesser consciousness into the higher, resolving all previous struggles in the higher framework.

Ken Wilber’s concept of holons applies here; each part, an independent whole on its own, is also a part of a larger whole. For example, the cell is a whole on its own, but also a part of the organ, just as the organ is a part to the body. The higher consciousness one can maintain, the greater understanding, compassion, love and peace that will arise in that being. Elevated consciousness leaves behind the smaller conflicts of the lower in exchange for the more holistic and complete consciousness of unity.​​​

Every step along that path is healing, unifying and absolutely phenomenal; it is worth the efforts to raise oneself to the higher human potentials.
