Microchakra Psychology:
Prenatal, Birthing, Infancy

A significant portion of Sri Shyamji’s Microchakra Psychology is dedicated to the pregnancy, labor and early activities of the infant. I have watched Sri Shyamji cry at the pain and blockage we are unknowingly causing, as these early experiences sets the stage for the blockages- the issues and suffering one will deal with throughout their life. He deeply desired for this knowledge to be shared with the younger generations so they can birth humans with higher openings and our world can shift to a more loving place.

Pregnancy Bonding Moment

In Utero

  • Mother should be kept in a comfortable condition and cared for.

  • The pregnancy being purposeful and planned helps bring the right atmosphere to the child of being wanted. If it was not planned, consciously send loving and wanted messages to the fetus.

  • Her diet should not include much processed and fried foods.

  • Parents should stop vaginal intercourse after 21 weeks pregnant, as this is experienced as fearful and intrusive by the baby.

  • Avoid trauma during pregnancy such as falling or mother becoming extremely upset.

  • Avoid malnutrition during pregnancy

  • Avoid depression in pregnancy

  • Avoid addictions in pregnancy

  • Avoid loud sounds while the baby is in the womb

Birthing

  • Ideally a natural, non-hospital birth

  • It is important that the mother is able     to stand (with help) during labor, and       allow gravity to assist the birthing             process

  • No birthing drugs

  • The communication between baby and mother during contractions are important

  • C-sections cause much damage because the energy is not stimulated for descent via contractions. Also, less effort leads to issues of longer prince/princess stages.

  • Avoid any manipulation of head during delivery- very damaging to higher chakra openings

  • Avoid any pressure placed on infants head during birth.

  • Do not remove the child from the umbilical cord too soon, allow it to stop pulsating on its own.

  • Allow the mother and child to bond immediately, skin to skin contact and for the child to begin nursing right away.

  • Avoid bright lights, the child just came from a dark womb

Sleeping Newborn Baby

Infancy

  • Avoid exposure to sun or other light in first few weeks, a small nightlight is best to help the pineal gland adjust.

  • Avoid loud noises in the environment.

  • Avoid fighting and screaming around the infant.

  • Keep the diaper fresh, clean and changed regularly, don’t allow them to sit in their urine or feces.

  • Allow the infant to spend time naked.

  • Only use natural fiber cloths

  • Allow lots of skin-to-skin bonding

  • Nursing is very important and should be on-demand

  • No rigid schedules of eating or sleeping

  • No “crying it out”

  • Child should be allowed to sleep with parents (as long as you can do so safely).
