Service Description

I am licensed in AZ, PA, CO and OR to provide individual, family and couples counseling. In terms of traditional psychological theories I pull from attachment (early childhood), family systems (including IFS) , Jungian archetypes and the cognitive restructuring of CBT. My undergraduate degree focused in neuroscience which has been an invaluable base from which to understand human behavior and the process of change. I have spent over 10 years studying with Sri Shyamji Bhatnagar, the Founder of Microchakra Psychology and the Chakra Institute where i serve as Vice President. Utilizing this groundbreaking work along with other non-traditional therapies such as astrology, dreamwork and artistic expression, I offer a unique experience of healing not only ourselves but our understanding and relationship to the Whole.
